I’ve been coming here for 4 years off and on and I only do my gel nails with Thao (she gets 5 stars for professionalism and gel longevity). But I recently did my mani w Kim and it didn’t last a week. I asked for gel builder to make them harder but they were still bending. The lifted edges were getting caught in my hair and clothes so I ended up pulling it off. All in all super disappointed! Guess I have to take my business elsewhere.
I guess ita true, you get what you pay for. This was the WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD. There were only 3 customers in the salon and they rushed me in and out in 15 min. Men don't typically treat ourself to self care services often and this is why, HORIBBLE SERVICE. When I asked about calous removal the tech told me "we ran out". Wow ! A nail salon that runs out of the basic supplies really? I will never come back here, and you shouldn't either if you care about the quality of service you are paying for. LESSON LEARNED!
Was seated immediately upon arrival to our appointment. Kim was super sweet and kind!! My nails look great and the price is unbeatable. Parking is accessible but can get pretty full in the lot.
Nail gels chipped come in less than a week
My nails were cut short so it was not because my nail broke. . . The work is shoddy and rushed.
Kim the owner and the other lady who sits in the front corner are so rude. The lady in front corner is always in a bad mood and pressures you to choose a colors other than what you want .
I came for my appointment which was their first appointment in the morning and the whole staff including Kim was 40 minutes late.

Also yesterday I happen to be near the business and walked in to see if there was any free slot. I think Kim confused me with another customer and said
loudly in front of all customers, i always walk in and demand for them to hurry up..
I was so embarrassed.
Thar was completely false . I sent her a text history of all the times I make appointment.
Kim does a fabulous job and always finds a way to create beautiful designs whether I have something in mind or not. She’s a master of what she does, friendly and runs her business like clockwork! Prices are incredibly reasonable and she goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy with your services. Best kept nail secret in LA!
Love this place! I’ve been there twice and both times have been very happy with the quality of the work. I think the prices are more than reasonable. It’s a great little neighborhood place, the nail techs are very friendly and the service is wonderful.
Great work and great experience. Got an awesome manicure with gel extensions. Staff was so nice and the owner was very funny a personable. Would recommend if you’re looking for good quick nails in LA!
Perfect spot for an affordable yet well made acrylic set. Place is clean and staff is welcoming. I definitely recommend calling ahead of time for an appointment since place is always busy. Was so happy with my results and will definitely be coming back. :)

Kim was very nice. The women in the shop did a great job on our nails. The prices were pretty reasonable. Reminds me of NY prices. I would visit again.
